Notes:

Pressing and label variant. As different from [r2220301, there is a taller font on the label here and the ink is blue rather than black. The left side information is centered, not left justified. The right side info is spread apart further and the label matrix designation is on a single line, not two. This was pressed at Columbia Terre Haute. The dead wax characters are etched except for the stamped mastering company, Sterling.  The lacquer was cut there by Lee Hulko.
