This is for a Capitol Records Jacksonville Pressing as derived from the deadwax runouts on all sides.

The labels on this release are tan with a striped background and the Warner Bros. Records logo at the top with rim text that wraps around the entire label.  The catalog number appears above the side indicators on all sides.

Issued in a gatefold sleeve.

At least one copy (perhaps more) of this release is known to have a manufacturing variation resulting in a mislabel with the A-side or "Record 1", side "1" label appearing on both sides of Record 1.  The correct B side tracks, however, are pressed into the vinyl.
