Notes:

The sleeve is made of record playable material - a clear flexi disc embedded on the front cover and a spindle hole through the center, engraved with the commercial.  Back cover states:  "Watch for the new album TALK TALK TALK CBS 84892 and hear it on this sleeve at 33 r.p.m."

This sleeve is the same as [r1474302, however a small white sticker has been wrapped over the top to cover the song title, the sticker has "PRETTY IN PINK" showing on the front and "b/s NO TEARS" on the back.  Presumably this was done for US distribution of the promo focusing on this song instead.
