The bonus DVD consists of a static shot of a spinning disco ball of changing color with a continuous playlist of live versions of some of the tracks on (and not on) the compact discs, although none of them are period recordings, having been recorded on 17 August 2004 at the Convention Hall in Asbury Park, New Jersey, for a Public Broadcasting Service television network pledge drive.
